Not exactly — and we'd rather be honest up front. AN is a serviced apartment, not a hotel. We do have a lounge, reception and room service, but the accommodation comes as apartments, studios and suites — far more space than a hotel room. It's for people who want to live in Hanoi, for a few nights or a few months.

Three room types: Deluxe Studio (70 m², 1 king bed, sleeps 2); Junior Suite (85 m², 1 king bed + sofa bed, balcony, lake and city views, sleeps 2); Two-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment with Balcony (125 m², two bedrooms, balcony, lake and city views, sleeps 3).

Because it's a serviced apartment, we equip it so you can live, not just sleep: every unit has a bathtub, kitchen, washer, dryer, sofa, air conditioning, TV, basic kitchenware and a work area.

Yes. Short stays are cleaned daily. For monthly tenants, housekeeping 3 times a week is included in the rate.

Yes — and we're proud of it. AN sits in the Ba Mau Lake area, close enough to reach the centre and Old Quarter in 10–15 minutes, yet set back enough that evenings are genuinely calm. Close your door and the city steps back.

Yes. 200 Mbps wifi covers the whole apartment, with a proper desk and plenty of outlets. Staying long-term and need a dedicated line? Just let us know.

The rate doesn't include breakfast, but you can arrange it with us (small surcharge) or cook yourself — every unit has a kitchen. There are also plenty of eateries and cafés just steps away around Ba Mau Lake.

Free motorbike parking at the building. For cars, there's a lot about 200m away. Let us know before you arrive so we can hold a spot.

Perfect fit — this is what AN does best. Monthly leases are much better value than nightly rates and include security, housekeeping, kitchen, gym and sauna. Minimum one month, with a deposit of two months' rent.

Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 noon (early/late subject to availability, surcharge may apply). Pets: not permitted as a rule — but if you're travelling with a four-legged friend, do ask us first.
